Questions people ask us

If yours is not here, ask the assistant on this page — or write to us and a person will answer.

Do I need a new website?

No. It is one line added to the website you already have, whatever it was built with. If your site is old or you do not have one, we can build that too — but it is not required to get started.

Whose calendar do the appointments go into?

Yours. The same Google Calendar you already use, and appointments appear there like any other. Block a day off and it stops offering those hours — you do not have to tell anyone.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, and offers to have your team confirm. It is built not to make things up, because a confident wrong answer costs you the customer. When it cannot help, it takes the question and their contact so someone can follow up.

Does it really speak Spanish?

Yes, and it switches mid-conversation if the customer does. It is not a translated script — it understands and answers in whichever language they write in. In Miami that is often half your customers.

How long does it take to set up?

Usually a few days from the moment you send us your services and hours. Most of that time is us reading how your business actually works so it does not answer like a generic bot.

What does it cost?

It depends on what your business needs — how many services, whether it books appointments, how much of your operation it has to know. Tell us what you do and we will give you a straight number.

Can it take payments or deposits?

Not today. It books the appointment and the customer pays you the way they already do. If that becomes something you need, tell us.

What happens when someone writes at 11pm?

It answers. That is most of the point — the people who write outside your hours are the ones you are losing today, because by morning they have already called somebody else.

Will it double-book me?

No. Before it confirms anything it re-checks the calendar, and it knows how long each service takes, so it never puts a 90-minute treatment into a 30-minute gap.

Where does my customers' data live?

On your own server, not in a shared platform. The conversations are yours, they are not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train anybody's model.

Can I turn it off or change what it says?

Yes. It is your assistant — hours, services, tone and what it should never say are all things you tell us, and they can change whenever your business changes.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. There is nothing new for you or your team to open. Appointments show up in the calendar you already check every morning.

What if I already have a chat on my site?

Most of those take a name and a phone number and promise a callback. If yours does more than that, show us — we will tell you honestly whether this is worth changing.

Can I see it working before deciding?

Yes, and you should. There are two live demos — a dental clinic and a law firm. Ask them anything, try to confuse them, book an appointment. That is the fastest way to judge it.
